• Usage signals — feature interactions, session duration, and navigation patterns collected via analytics. No personally identifiable information is linked to these signals.
• Communications — emails, support requests, or feedback you send to our team.

The data you upload to TekLedger.ai — your specific records, vendor names, spend figures, contracts, or any other detail-level information — is never sold, licensed, transferred, or disclosed to any third party for any commercial purpose. It is not shared with other customers, partners, consultants, data brokers, or AI model providers. Your detail-level data is processed solely to generate the outputs you request and remains strictly confidential to your account.

• TekLedger.ai retains the right to use de-identified, aggregated, and statistically anonymized data derived from platform usage to produce industry benchmarks, trend reports, sector analyses, and service improvement insights.
• This right applies strictly to anonymized derivatives — no individual company, individual, vendor name, or specific data point is ever identifiable in any derivative output.
• These derivative reports are used to enhance the platform experience and develop new analytical capabilities. Benchmarks used in TekLedger briefs are sourced from customer-provided data or from publicly available industry data used in accordance with applicable fair use principles.
• By using TekLedger.ai, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to create such anonymized derivative works, subject to the strict de-identification requirement above.

• TekLedger.ai retains the right to assign, transfer, or sublicense its rights under this Privacy Policy — including rights to anonymized derivative data — in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, financing, or any other transfer of the business or a substantial portion of its assets.
• In the event of such a transaction, your personal data and any rights we hold would be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same protections described in this policy.
• We will notify you of any such assignment where required by applicable law.

TekLedger.ai does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any analysis, output, report, benchmark, or recommendation generated by the platform. All outputs are provided strictly for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on platform outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TekLedger.ai, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory — for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature arising from or related to your use of the platform, any inaccuracy in outputs, any reliance on recommendations, any data breach, or any interruption of service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages. If applicable law does not allow full exclusion of liability, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TekLedger.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• To operate the platform and deliver analysis, outputs, and reports.
• To communicate about your access, waitlist status, and platform updates.
• To produce anonymized industry benchmarks and derivative reports as described above.
• To improve platform reliability, performance, and accuracy using aggregated, anonymized metrics.
• To comply with legal obligations where required.

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews and apply enterprise-grade controls appropriate for financial and strategic data. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Waitlist and account data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upload data is processed in-session and is not permanently retained unless you explicitly save a report. Saved reports are retained until deleted by you. You may request deletion of all personal data by contacting legal@tekledger.ai. Note: anonymized derivative data created before a deletion request may be retained as it cannot be re-identified to your account.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can opt out of analytics by contacting us or using your browser privacy controls.

• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Analytics tooling — anonymized session data only, no personally identifiable information shared.
• Email delivery providers — used solely to send transactional communications.
• We do not share your detail-level data with any third-party services.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data at any time.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to any processing you believe is not justified.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — including any expansion of our rights to derivative data — will be communicated via email or a prominent platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of TekLedger.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute under this policy.
